Senior Activities

Young at Heart

We hold the Young at Heart club on:

  • Mon - 2pm - 4pm
  • Thurs- 9.30am - 12.00pm

Adults can come and play badminton and table tennis, participate in-line dancing and have some fun. This is a friendly group who are always looking to welcome new people along.

Line Dancing

Line Dancing is a fun, informal way to keep fit and have some fun. Our specialist Line Dancing coach will lead you through dance patterns based on western style music in our fully air conditioned dance studio. Line Dancing is very sociable, and easy to learn.

Our classes are held on:

  • Mondays - 2.00pm - 2.45pm *
  • Thursdays - 10.00am - 11.00am (improvers) *
  • Thursdays - 11.00am - 12 noon (intermediate) *

Circuits

We run exercise circuits suitable for adults. Circuits are a fun and easy to follow exercise session designed especially for the older adult in a fully supervised session.

There are two sessions during the week:

  • Tues 1.45 pm - 2.45 pm
  • Wed 11.00 am - 11.45 am

Rackets Morning

Every Friday morning we run a rackets morning between 10.00am - 12 noon. Supervised badminton, squash, and table tennis are available for all abilities. No previous experience required.
