Pool and Spa Activities

The pools are exclusively available for seniors on Tuesdays from 2.30pm - 3.30pm, The Health Spa is also part of this session for a small charge.

We also run Adult Swimming courses to help adults learn to swim. Please refer to Swimming classes for more details.

Aquafit classes run throughout the week. Ideal classes for seniors are Monday and Thursday at 2.00pm

Spa

Relax and unwind in our Health Spa complete with Sauna, Steam Room, Spa pool and showers; the Health Spa is an over 18's only zone offering mixed sessions, and has its own changing and shower facilities.

To use this facility you must book in at reception.

Ladies only night is every Thursday.
