P S lounge
The PS Lounge is located on the second floor of the Sports Centre and opens Monday - Friday 7.00am - 9.00pm and 9.00am - 5.00pm on weekends specialising in healthy food options and nutritious drinks.
Gym
There is an induction charge of £15.50 to use the gym and a pay as you go charge (off peak hours only) of £6.90.
A day pass is also available. This includes gym, swim and classes and is a great way of finding out what we have to offer. The charge is £10.00.
Classes
You can attend classes as a non-member at a charge.
Swimming
Casual swimming is available.
