Cardiac Rehabilitation
Basingstoke Sports Centre operates a Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit for people who have been affected by cardiac conditions however minor.
We take your health seriously and understand what a traumatic time this can be after a life-threatening event. To join this scheme you will need to be referred by your GP or from the Alton and Basingstoke Cardiac Rehab Unit.
Basingstoke Sports Centre has a specialist team of instructors who are all BACR (British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation) qualified and are dedicated to running this unit.
Norman Hughes had a triple bypass he says -
