he Sports Centre have recently expanded their children's programme by organising a Musical Theatre Workshop for children between the ages of 5 - 14 years of age, during the holidays. Past productions "Wilbur and the Web", "Zoom", "Ye-Ha!", "Splash" and "Oink" have been very popular with children learning to sing, dance, as well as act. All children will perform on the stage. Also there are scenery, props and costumes to be made, and the end result is a production for parents and friends on the last day. (Friday) There will be supervised fun in the swimming pool, and the Play Den. Children will be told in advance which day they will need to bring their swimming kit. All of the children will do all of the activities.

Dates: 9th-13th August 2010
Activities include:
- Singing, dance and drama
- Casting sessions
- Making scenery, props and costumes
- Performance for parents & friends on Friday 13th
- Supervised fun in the swimming pool
