TRX Suspension Training

Easily set up the portable TRX Suspension Trainer to your requirements and you're in control. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, muscular development and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.
An introduction is required before you can use the TRX equipment and these can be booked at the Sports Centre main reception or call 01256 326331.
Introduction sessions are
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 7pm
- Saturday at 9am
Note that the TRX is unavailable between 29th April 2012 at 18:00 until Monday May 7th as being respositioned.
