At the Sports Centre, we understand that relationships are very important and that is why we are always excited about helping you achieve your goals by working closely with you.

We offer Personal Training service at the Sports Centre in Basingstoke for clients who would like an exclusive and a more personal approach to their training programme. Our Personal Trainers are able to advise on postural assessment, back care, rehabilitation, nutrition and lifestyle management.
