Biomechanics Coaching & Sports Therapy

Biomechanics Coaching

Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation, Sports Conditioning and Performance Optimisation

Are you suffering from pain, discomfort, muscle weakness or recurring injuries anywhere to your lower or upper back, down your legs, to your knees, feet, hips, arms, shoulders, neck or hands ?

Biomechanical preparation provides the foundation for all sport, all work related tasks, and in fact all human movement. Faulty Biomechanical issues such as pelvic dysfunction, muscle spasms, adverse nerve tension, poor mobility, poor flexibility can all have a major impact on your ability to perform either at your highest sporting level or just simple everyday tasks that we all take for granted. If these Biomechanical faults are not addressed, the potential risk of recurring injury, pain and discomfort is very high.

It is estimated that more than 70% of recurring musculo-skeletal injuries are a result of faulty Biomechanics. Biomechanics Coaching can help all recreational sports enthusiasts as well as elite professional athletes or anyone with no sports interest at all but who is still suffering from a recurring injury problem as a result of e.g. poor posture.
