Ladies Gym
The Ladies Gym at the Sports Centre has been designed with women in mind. This light and spacious area offers privacy for women with easy access from the ladies changing room and employs female Fitness Instructors. There are over 25 pieces of CV equipment and a full range of resistance equipment including the new VIBRAXUS machine, the latest in vibrating plate technology. The free weight and stretch area is ideal for toning, and for those wanting group workouts, these are programmed through the week.
Opening Hours are:
- Monday to Thursday 6.30am - 9.00pm
- Friday 6.30am - 9.00pm
- Saturday and Sunday 8am - 5pm
