Specialised Classes
Cardiac Rehabilitation
We run specialised sessions for the Cardiac Rehabilitation. These classes are held in the Circuit Training area on the mezzanine floor of the gym. The circuits are designed for people who have been referred via their cardiac consultant or GP.

Active in Health
As well as the Cardiac Rehab sessions, we run a GP referral Scheme called Active in Health - please refer to the GP Referral Section under Gyms for more information about how to get on the scheme.
