Pilates is a mat based class concentrating on core muscle stability. Pilates conditions the entire body, focussing on proper alignment, posture, and breathing. Pilates is highly recommended for people with back issues.
For absolute beginners only. An introduction covering all the basic Pilates principles to enable you to get the maximum benefits from a regular Pilates class.
Hatha yoga practice consists of asana (body postures), pranayama (energy control using the breath) and the deep relaxation. Yoga helps to develop suppleness, strength & stamina. Yoga helps to concentrate the mind and aids relaxation.
Yang style Tai Chi. Art with movement. An holistic approach to a healthy body and mind. Good for joints & pains.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga
Core conditioning exercises focusing on strength, relaxation and the principles of concentration, breathing, control, flowing movement and isolation.
This fitness yoga incorporates yoga postures and deep stretch techniques, encouraging strength and flexibility. (not suitable during pregnancy)
More intense core conditioning exercises focusing on strength, relaxation and the principles of concentration, breathing, control, flowing movement and isolation.
