Aquafit/Easy Aquafit
Aqua Fit classes are held in the main pool. It is not necessary to be able to swim to attend. This is a fitness class using the water as resistance using powerful moves to increase the heart rate. The advantage of this class is there is very little impact on the joints, and the woggles and mitts bring in an element of fun.
Pedal Power
The ultimate calorie burn! These indoor cycling classes take your fitness to another level. Stationary bikes in an air-conditioned designated studio provide a non impact workout designed to make you sweat. Don't forget your water bottle and towel.
Burlesquacise workshops
A fun way to increase fitness combining fun sexy moves with props and it is suitable for all. So if you have ever wanted to Dance like Kylie or the pussycat dolls, this is the workshop for you.
