These courses are usually run at the Sports Centre. However, arrangements can be made for courses to be run at a different location (eg places of work etc.). These courses are run in association with NUCO training.
What is first aid?
First aid is the initial care for a person in distress. In extreme cases, it could mean the difference between life and death. The aim of first aid is to: preserve life, protect the unconscious, prevent a casualty’s condition from becoming worse and promote the recovery of a casualty.
3 Day First Aid at work (HSE Approved)
May 14th, 15th and 17th / July 2nd, 3rd and 5th / Sep 10th, 11th and 13th / Nov 12th, 13th and 15th 2012
2 Day First Aid at work Re-qualification (HSE Approved)
May 21st and 22nd / Nov 26th and 27th
1 Day Emergency First aid at work (HSE Approved)
Apr 23rd / Jun 25th / Oct 8th
