Roses Bistro is located on the second floor of the Sports Centre and opens Monday - Saturday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and is also be open from Tuesday to Thursday, 5.00pm to 8.00pm (with last orders at 7.30pm). Full English breakfast is available as well as cooked lunches, light snacks and teas and coffees throughout the day. Fresh Fruit Smoothies are very popular with customers, and packed with nutrients. There are gluten free choices on the menu and a bar for those who want an alcoholic drink.
The Bistro provides an informal place to have refreshments, especially after using the Sports Centre, or just somewhere to meet friends. The Bistro welcomes children with a kids menu and high chairs, and always happy to heat up bottles and food for babies.
There is a take away lunchtime menu for sandwiches and snacks.
Roses Bistro also caters for childrens birthday parties at weekends in conjunction with the Sports Centre.
