The mixed gym at the Sports Centre in Basingstoke is located on the second floor with easy access via the lift or stairs. This spacious and air conditioned area spans over two levels with a wide range of CV equipment from Technogym and Precor including bikes, steppers, treadmills and concept 2 rowers. There is plenty of resistance equipment including air machines on the upper level.
A newly refurbished free weights area is situated in a separate area away from the gym floor.
The top floor has a designated circuit training area, which doubles up as extra space and equipment for members throughout the day, so there is plenty of room and equipment to use, avoiding queues.
Fitness Instructors staff the gyms at all times and are able to supervise and advise on exercise and other health related issues.
There is an induction procedure which will be explained at point of sale.
Opening Hours are:
- Monday to Friday 6.30am - 10.00pm
- Saturday 8am - 5pm
- Sunday 8am - 9pm
