Low impact, high energy combinations designed to achieve fat burning results. Only suitable for regular steppers.
Easy Step
This step class has more simple choreography. Step is well known for its high calorie burn. This low impact class is a good introduction to step and learning the basic moves.
Super Circuit
A specifically designed area, equipment based to improve your cardiovascular fitness and maximise strength.
Freestyle Dance
Hot Rythms, Sexy Hips and groovy tunes all blend to give a fun low impact dance class.
Aquafit/Easy Aquafit
Aqua Fit classes are held in the main pool. It is not necessary to be able to swim to attend. This is a fitness class using the water as resistance using powerful moves to increase the heart rate. The advantage of this class is there is very little impact on the joints, and the woggles and mitts bring in an element of fun.
Pedal Power
The ultimate calorie burn! These indoor cycling classes take your fitness to another level. Stationary bikes in an air-conditioned designated studio provide a non impact workout designed to make you sweat. Don't forget your water bottle and towel.
Hi/Lo Aerobics
A mixture of hi and lo impact aerobics. Fun and simple to follow, this class is suitable for mixed ability, looking for a general workout to improve general fitness.
Capoeira
A fun challenging Afro-Brazilian martial art disguised in the form of dance. Our world class instructor Fabio Santos is from Brazil, and teaches this increasingly popular martial arts with acrobatics, music, singing and dance. . (www.fabiosantos.co.uk)
Jazz Dance
A jazz based dance class covering a range of different styles and techniques. Dance conditioning and routines to suit every level.
Dance Diva's
In this dance inspired workout, release your inner diva and strut your funky stuff. From Hip Hop to Latino to Chessy disco. A class sure to bring a smile to your face. (starting soon)
Hip Hop
A fun way to learn to dance, groove and flow. Testing your brain with interesting combinations & rhythms whilst building up a sweat!
